These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your ("User", "you" or "your") use of our subscription-based platform that provides a unified inbox for managing multiple Instagram accounts. By accessing or using TheUnibox, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Acceptance of Terms
By signing up for TheUnibox, you confirm that you have a valid Instagram account and the necessary rights to manage any accounts you connect. You also agree to comply with Instagram's Terms of Service, as TheUnibox functions by integrating with Instagram's API. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including any messages you send or receive through our platform.
Subscription & Billing
TheUnibox operates on a subscription-based model, meaning users are required to pay for access to the service according to their chosen subscription. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("e;Billing Cycle"e;), set either monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan.
We offer a 7-day free trial for new users. If you cancel your subscription within the first 7 days after the initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund. Refund requests made after the 7-day period will not be eligible for a refund.
User Responsibilities
When using TheUnibox, you agree to use the platform in a lawful and responsible manner. You must not engage in spam, automated messaging, or bot activity, as such behavior may violate Instagram's policies and could result in account suspension.
Content & Data Privacy
TheUnibox stores Instagram messages for the necessary period required to provide our service. This allows us to maintain a unified inbox experience across multiple Instagram accounts. Stored messages are not shared, sold, or used for any purpose other than delivering the core functionality of the app. Users retain full control over their data. If a user deletes their account, all stored messages and associated data will be permanently deleted. Similarly, if we discontinue our service, all stored messages will be removed. Our data storage practices comply with Instagram's API Terms of Use, which allow for temporary storage of user data strictly for operational purposes. Termination & Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms. Unauthorized activity, platform misuse, or suspicious behavior may result in account restrictions without prior notice.
Service Availability & Limitations
TheUnibox relies on Instagram’s API to function. If Instagram modifies or discontinues its API, some platform features may be affected. We strive for uninterrupted service, but cannot be responsible for outages due to third-party limitations.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect service changes, legal requirements, or business policies. If significant changes occur, we will notify users through the app or via our official Discord server.
